Session 4. Balance Day Adjustments. Accrued Liabilities. Prepaid Expenses and Revenues. Stock Entries. Bad Debts and Depreciation.

Session 5. Accounting for Fixed Assets. Buying and Selling an asset. How to prepare depreciation, General Journal entries and Closing Journals to account for stock.

Session 6. The rules about Goods & Services Tax on a payments basis, How to prepare a GST return and incorporate GST into the books.

Session 7. The major exercise to consolidate knowledge to date. Payroll and Wages preparation and how to prepare a PAYE return.

Session 8. Working Capital. How to maintain your firms daily cash position. How to prepare a simple Cashflow.

Session 9. Practical office procedures and ratio analysis. Work out prices and mark ups.

Session 10. When to use the full General Ledger. How to complete a Fringe Benefit Tax Return. Keep good Books and Records for your Accountant.

You will sit a final test and receive a Certificate of Achievement.
